Trump Trial Day 3: It is obvious that we can’t have a fair trail and it’s political
During the third day of the Trump criminal trial, New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan dismissed a second seated juror, reasons undisclosed, as reported by court reporters. Initially, seven jurors were selected on Tuesday, leaving five remaining after the dismissal. A total of 18 jurors, including 6 alternates, are required. Merchan’s abrupt dismissal of the first juror occurred on Thursday morning, following her concerns about potential public identification, with the judge cautioning against documenting physical descriptions of jurors, as per court reporters.
Later in the day, Merchan removed a second juror, marked as juror number four, for unknown reasons. The prosecution raised concerns about juror four because he “may have misrepresented his past arrest history when answering the questionnaire,”
